Our story

Insurance brokerages run on software they can’t see inside, can’t extend, and can’t leave. These closed, legacy systems were built for a different era. With AI and agentic tooling reshaping how work gets done, that model is broken.

We started BrokerDev because we believe in open source principles: software should be open, extensible by default, and the user should own their data. You should be able to access it, manage it, and integrate it with whatever tools you choose.
